Formed in 2009, melodic death metal band RYUJIN previously operated under the name GYZE from 2011 to January 2023. Their music is characterized by fast guitar playing, heavy riffs, beautiful melodies, and powerful vocals. In recent years, they have incorporated traditional Japanese musical elements such as gagaku into their sound, creating a unique blend of East and West. RYUJIN is highly regarded internationally and actively tours, making them a leading band in the Japanese metal scene.
